Our service for Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Motor Injury Claims is a little more personal, as we understand the hardship these situations can cause.

 

Here's our payment structure

• We seek no costs until the case is completed.
• During the case we pay the necessary expenses to fund the case.
• These expenses in each case amount to between €1,000 and €10,000.
• We pay this money in order to purchase medical reports from treating doctors, which cost between €400  - €1,500 per report.
• We pay all stamp duty on court documents which typically costs up to €1,000.
• When your case is completed we recover these outlays from the Insurance company acting on behalf of the Defendant.

NO LEGAL COSTS OR EXPENSES ARE PAYABLE BY YOU UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF YOUR CASE.
